A case study approach leveraging infrastructure-as-a-service to mobilize entrepreneurial support using Blockchain/DLT solutions
Genesis (2017): Dr. Carlton Robinson's Penn State University Community and Economic Development Masters Thesis led to the development of the Innovator's Journey UML and Pivot.City Market Network. Pre-Alpha (2019): Invited by National Science Foundation to pitch regarding distributive ledger technologies. Accepted pitch led to invite of proposal for Small Business Innovation Research Grant.
Alpha (2019/2020): Simultaneous pilots leveraging distributive online forms with workflows to support entrepreneurial development Carolina Small Business Fund and JAX Chamber. Began to evaluate Blockchain/DLT solutions to address security and self-sovereignty concerns.
Beta (2020): Jacksonville Women's Business Center Pilot to test efficiency of Pivot.City PoC <Network of Trusts> versus traditional participation in ecosystems with government partners. Increased ecosystem speed and efficiency by more than 10x in some cases to establish Pivot.City as a IaaS solution.
